Dr. Lisa McDonald
Assistant Director, Austin Technology Incubator
Dr. Lisa McDonald is an Assistant Director at Austin Technology Incubator (ATI), the startup incubator of the University of Texas at Austin. She directs ATI’s life science and healthcare portfolios, where she works with early stage biotechnology and medical device companies to develop their business strategies and prepare the companies to seek investment. She is also the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Endura Ventures, an Austin-based advisory firm that facilitates investment in global health startups and supports their growth. Dr. McDonald holds a Master of Science in Technology Commercialization (MSTC) from UT Austin McCombs School of Business, an M.D. from Yale University School of Medicine, and a B.S. in Chemistry from UT Austin.
